8. Order Acceptance

Both parties agree that once the order has been shipped, transport is the sole responsibility of the external logistics company. At this stage full ownership of the product(s) belongs to the buyer; all associated liabilities and risks during transport are borne by the buyer.
9. Transfer of Ownership
Title to the products in your order will pass to you when the products leave our warehouse and are delivered to the carrier for shipment to an address specified by you in the order. All liabilities and risks for the products are also transferred to you at this point. By placing an order on this site, you authorize Jenyshop to engage third party shipping services on your behalf.
10. Misprints
While Jenyshop strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. Jenyshop can only confirm the price of an item after you have placed your order. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, Jenyshop shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. If an item is mis-priced, Jenyshop may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of the cancellation.
